Shipping (Course Delivery):
Mode of Delivery: All digital marketing courses are delivered either online (live instructor-led) or offline (in-person classroom sessions) at our authorized training centers.
Course Access:
For online students, login credentials, class links, and study materials will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours after successful registration.
For offline students, batch details and joining instructions will be provided at the time of admission.
Digital Materials: All training materials, including PDFs, recordings, and assignments, are provided in digital format only. No physical items are shipped.
Exchange Policy (Course/Batches):
Students can request a batch change (timing or mode) within 7 days of course commencement, subject to availability and approval.
Course/module exchange is not allowed, as each training program is structured and scheduled in advance.
If a student misses any session, backup classes or recordings will be provided as per institute policy.
Note:
All registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by management.
